Hi, I'm Cynthia and I am a regular person, just like you.
My husband and I have run businesses together, I have "stayed home" (haha) with the kids, and I have worked what I call "miscellaneous jobs" to supplement our income. All of that has brought me great insight into what women like us want and need from a business like NYR Organic. NYR Organic AMAZED me.
I mean it.
I was so cynical about all the green-washing for health and beauty products. How sad I was to learn about Burt's Bees being bought by Clorox, Toms of Maine bought by Colgate and on and on.
Then I tried NYR Organic and fell in love with the products. They nurtured something elemental inside me at a very rough time in my life. My research into the quality and commitment of the company and the products sealed the deal for me. How refreshing to find a company that exceeds my expectations. A Day in the Life...
There are as many different ways to be an excellent Independent Consultant for NYR Organic as there are Independent Consultants! As of right now, there are thousands of us. YOU are going to set how this will work best for you.
When I first started with NYR Organic, my typical day involved a morning check of emails and social media followed by one of several enjoyable activities that made me feel like a real entrepreneur (because I was one! Still am, in fact!). Actually, my schedule really hasn't changed all that much. For example, one day of the week I might choose to focus on online selling. I favor Instagram and Facebook, but you might prefer TickTock and Twitter, its up to you. Another day I might spend a few hours visiting local businesses or enjoying a networking event (coffee with a bunch of interesting women is work? Yep!). Well, I could do that before Covid. Now we can use our zoom skills and join networking groups online. Its important to me to convey that I only share the products with people who *want* to hear about it. One of my favorite sales methods is to offer samples or gifts to everyone who might enjoy them. They are irresistible :). I also get to spend some time communicating with potential reps (like you!) We get to plot how to "change the world "one blue bottle at a time"!
Speaking of my small team, some reps combine this work with a full time job. There are many ways to do that without adding stress to your life. Perhaps you would dedicate one of your days off to NYR Organic and maybe an hour or two of training or social media sharing in the evenings. Or perhaps you would share with your coworkers and just demo at a party once a month. You can arrange it however it works best for you.
One of my favorite parts of working as an Independent Rep for NYR Organic is team building. Not only do I get the fun of sharing what I learn with my team, but as I continue to add Independent Reps under me my business will grow exponentially. Since I am in early (you should get in early, too!) I have a genuine opportunity to grow my business to be a full time professional income. I can't wait! Care to join me? You know what to do!
